  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  4. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
